Anna Kendrick can’t get anyone to flirt with her “I’ve never felt like I’ve exactly traded on my looks,”

It’s hard out there for Anna Kendrick. The “Pitch Perfect” star claims that she hasn’t been hit on in years, in the July issue of Elle.

With a presumably straight face, Kendrick told the magazine that, “honest to God,” she hasn’t been hit on since appearing in 2009’s “Up in the Air,” for which she received a Best Supporting Actress Oscar nomination.

One reason for the flirting dry spell might be because the actress spent four of the past five years in a relationship with director Edgar Wright, whom she met on the set of “Scott Pilgrim vs. the World” in 2009.

The couple parted ways in 2013

“I’ve never felt like I’ve exactly traded on my looks,” she told the magazine. “When I was a teenager, I was an ultra-late bloomer, and my mom would say it was a blessing, because it means you never have to wonder if guys are only interested in you because you’ve got boobs. I would have been thrilled if guys were interested in me because of my boobs!”

The 35-year-old also told Vanity Fair in 2011, “It is weird being part of that and representing something you don’t particularly like.”

Ouch! As fans know, the movie came out back in 2008 and it also starred Kristen Stewart, Taylor Lautner, Nikki Reed, Kellan Lutz, Ashley Greene, Booboo Stewart and more. It was a big part of a lot of our childhoods, and there’s not a day that goes by that we don’t miss it!
