Making bread moist banana is pretty simple and straightforward . But a friend of mine keeps complaining his not coming out well and having a bad taste. So I figured I should just share a simple recipe I learnt and have been using all this year’s hopefully you will find it easier.
BREAD – MOIST BANANA
2 cups flour (250g)..1 tsp baking powder..1/2
tsp baking soda.1 tsp salt
1/2 cups butter, softened..1 cup sugar..2
eggs…6 bananas, mashed
1/2 cup raisins or 1/2 apple.
Procedure for preparation
Mix first 4 ingredients in small bowl.
Add bananas to Kitchen aid bowl one at a time and
mix at 1.
Add butter and sugar together into mixer bowl.
Add one egg to mixing bowl.
Mix at 2 til smooth.
Slowly add dry ingredients and blend till smooth.
Stir in raisins or diced apple if you want.
Bake in loaf pan at 35OF approximately 1 hour 15
minutes.I check with a bamboo skewer for
doneness. Should come out relatively clean, not
