Holy abs, Batman! Jennifer Connelly enjoyed a dip in the ocean with her husband, Paul Bettany, on the shores of Formentera, Spain. And while her entire bikini body was on point in a plunging teal two-piece, the real star of the show was her impossibly toned tummy.

Meanwhile, the Avengers actor showed off his own muscular frame in medium-blue swim trunks while helping his wife in and out of the ocean by hand.

Last fall, Connelly revealed just how her husband whom she met on the set of A Beautiful Mind, won her over. “I remember meeting him at the first read-through,” she told Entertainment Tonight. “I thought, ‘Hmm, he’s really good, that guy.’”

In return, Bettany said he thought, “I’ve never been this close to someone that beautiful before. I remember thinking, ‘I bet every man you ever met has tried to flirt with you.’”

But in the end, she fell hard thanks to his secret talent: “He started playing guitar and it was all over,” the Labyrinth actress confessed.

Though Connelly has been off the screen since 2014 — when she dropped four movies in one year — she’s gearing up for her next release: American Pastoral, which hits theaters October 21.

Based on the Philip Roth book, the ’60s-set film costars Connelly and Ewan McGregor as parents searching for their missing daughter (played by Dakota Fanning) after she’s accused of an act of terrorism.
