Prince Charles caught making exciting plans with William and Kate Middleton-check.

Prince William and Kate Middleton had the opportunity to exchange a few words with Prince Charles and Camilla before the start of today’s Commonwealth Day service – and according to a lip reader, Charles revealed a future plan while chatting to Kate. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were among the royal guests at today’s annual Commonwealth Day service at Westminster Abbey today.

 

 

They were joined by Prince Charles – who stood in for the Queen after she pulled out of attending the ceremony – and his wife Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall.

 

 

Before the procession at the start of the service began, the royal party were able to greet each other with warm hugs and kisses and engage a just a few minutes of chit-chat. And according to a lip-reader, in Charles’s short conversation with Kate, the pair appeared to be making some exciting future plans.

 

 

Jeremy Freeman, an expert in lip reading told the Mirror, that Charles told his daughter-in-law “we are going to pop in and see you all…” It would appear the plans were being made for after William and Kate return from their week-long royal tour of the Caribbean later this month.

 

 

And if they keep the date in their diaries, it would allow Charles to spend some precious time with his three grandchildren Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.

Charles is the proud grandfather of five grandchildren. who include Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s children two-year-old Archie and Lilibet, who is just eight months. But previously there had been claims that Charles, 73, was unhappy he did not get to see enough of William and Kate children.

To this end, Kate is said to have urged Charles to visit their home Amner Hall in the summer of 2020 and took on the logistical challenge of getting her family back home from a holiday on the Isles of Scilly to coincide with his visit. In doing so, it was reported that the heir to the throne was able to give his grandson George a seventh birthday present in person.

 

 

However, he has not seen grandson Archie, since he and his parents Harry and Meghan left the UK for America over two years ago.

 

 

He is also yet to meet granddaughter Lilibet, who was born in California last June and has yet to be brought to the UK to see her father’s family.
