Prince William and Prince Harry, along with their wives Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle, sat down for dinner last Tuesday after the brother’s received the late Queen’s coffin alongside several other members of the Royal Family. The Royal brothers have long been reportedly estranged from one another since Harry’s split from the Royal Family two years ago.But after they received Her Majesty’s coffin Tuesday evening, reports have emerged claiming the brothers, along with Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle, sat down for a family meal.

The intimate get-together took place at Buckingham Palace.Before the dinner, the Sussexes joined the working royals at Buckingham Palace to receive the coffin from Scotland.The couple looked sombre as they drove past thousands of mourners in a black car, where the Queen’s coffin was being transported by a hearse.Then, that evening, the four royals dined together, according to Page Six.The death of the country’s longest-ever reigning monarch may have opened the way for Harry and William to bury the hatchet and clear tensions.

Days after the dinner, the new Prince and Princess of Wales and the Sussexes were pictured together bringing flowers to Windsor Castle to honour the Queen.
Their appearance over the weekend was the first time the foursome appeared together publicly since March 2020.Page Six reported a source said that William had extended the invite for Harry and Meghan to join him and Kate for the Windsor walkabout.“We are all very grateful — both sides putting all things aside for the Queen,” a royal source said.

Harry and Meghan’s estrangement from the Royal Family has been a sore subject for The Firm, for years now.But throughout it, the couple maintained the utmost respect for the late Queen.However, a number of bombshell interviews, first with Oprah and most recently with The Cut magazine, have only added to the gulf between the royals.Harry and Meghan were in the UK at the time of the Queen’s death and he rushed to her side when news broke that her health was deteriorating.Meghan didn’t join him and he tragically arrived hours after the Queen had passed but shared an emotional message saying she would be “sorely missed”.King Charles III recently expressed his love for Harry and Markle when he shared a touching tribute to his late mother in his first public address as monarch.“I want also to express my love for Harry and Meghan as they continue to build their lives overseas,” King Charles III said.
