Royal expert Lady Colin Campbell said the Duke and Duchess of Sussex took advantage of the 95-year-old monarch’s tolerance and hoped they would “get away with everything”.
But Lady C warned the “fightback has started”.
Speaking on YouTube, the royal commentator said: “Harry knows that the Queen is a very tolerant person and so he and the wife have been taking full advantage of her tolerance in the hope that they would get away with everything.

But as we have seen and we are going to see more and more, they have not got away with everything and they’re not being allowed to get away with everything.
“Nor are they going to get away with everything indeed as I’ve said before, the fightback has started.”
Harry and Meghan quit royal duties in March 2020 for a new life in America.
They are now living in an £11 million mansion in California with their two-year-old son Archie and newborn daughter Lili.

The couple made a string of damaging claims about the Royal Family in their Oprah Winfrey interview, which aired in March.
Harry went on to make further controversial comments about his family in the following weeks.

William will help raise money for several charities he supports in the Out-Sourcing Inc Royal Charity Polo Cup 2021 at Guards Polo Club, on Friday.
Royal journalist and friend of the Sussexes, Omid Scobie tweeted earlier this week: “Prince William will play in a charity polo match on Friday at the @guardspoloclub to raise funds for charities supported by the Cambridges, including @centrepointuk, @EACH_hospices,@family_action, @FieldsInTrust, @ForwardTrust, @LDNairamb, @MountainResqUK and @tusk_org.”

A Kensington Palace press release about the event confirmed: “The Duke of Cambridge will take part in the Out-Sourcing Inc Royal Charity Polo Cup 2021 at Guards Polo Club, on Friday 9th July.”
Money generated will go to organisations including Centrepoint, East Anglia Children’s Hospices (EACH), Family Action, Fields in Trust, The Forward Trust, London Air Ambulance, Mountain Rescue England and Wales, and Tusk.
Over the years Harry and William have been snapped at ease as they play against each other in the special game.
However, this year William will compete without his brother there.
The pair took part in the Jerudong Trophy charity polo match together at Cirencester Park Polo Club in 2017.
And went head to head on opposite sides at Billingbear Polo Club in 2019, watched by the Duchess of Sussex, cradling baby Archie, and the Duchess of Cambridge with Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.
Prince George wore a smart suit to watch England play in the last 16 of the Euros last week and a royal expert has claimed the youngster chose the outfit himself as he wanted to be matching with his father Prince William.
Royal expert Duncan Larcombe told OK!: “Prince William is George’s absolute hero.
“He thinks his dad’s the most perfect person on the planet. George idolises his dad.
“That’s why we saw him looking so smart in his suit – he really wanted to dress like William.”
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are “cashing in” on the royal brand, according to a royal commentator.
Former royal correspondent Duncan Larcombe said Harry hasn’t been “subtle” about what he thinks of the Firm since stepping down as a working royal at the end of March 2020.
The Duke of Sussex, the commentator continued, has made it clear to the world during his recent interviews he thinks “the whole system is rotten to the core”.
Speaking to OK! magazine, Mr Larcombe added: “But by continually talking about the royals, they’re cashing in on the brand.
“If they spend their whole careers selling that royal brand, they’ll never speak to William again.”
