Turning 50, especially for a woman, in Hollywood, is considered as a major taboo. More often than not, female actors have spoken openly about how bad it gets when you turn 50 in terms of getting offers.
Meryl Streep had shared that after the clock struck 50 for her, the multiple Oscar-winning actress got several offers to play the role of a witch. But, leave it to these lovely ladies to prove that age is just a number and eternal beauty and talent can never go out of style! Just ask birthday girl, Salma Hayek!
The Oscar-nominated actress celebrates her 53’rd (That’s right!) birthday today, i.e. September 2, 2019, and took to Instagram to share a photo from her beach vacation. In the picture, the gorgeous chicka is seen donning a skimpy turquoise bikini, while looking like a million bucks. With huge black sunglasses, beach curls and a toned body to boast about, there’s no way that Salma is above 50 years of age. The crazy, fun expression in tow, we’re loving the vibes given by the birthday girl.
Salma wrote, “Yes, tomorrow I’m 53. So!? Si, mañana cumplo 53. Y!?”Hayek also commented, “Happy Birthday to all of you September babies. Feliz cumpleaños a todos ustedes que también cumplen en Septiembre.”
